Welcome to cachecardstcg.com (the “Site”), operated by Cache Cards, LLC (“Cache Cards,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. If you are under this age, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and Orders

We sell trading card game products, including sealed boxes, packs, and singles (“Products”). All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing/listing errors.

Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photographic, or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that Product and refund the amount paid.

Your order is a binding offer to purchase, which we accept when we charge your payment method. See our Refund & Return Policy for details on cancellations and returns.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for information on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Product Condition & Grading

Unless otherwise stated in a Product listing, sealed products are sold as new/factory sealed, and single cards are graded and described to the best of our ability using standard industry condition terminology. Card grading and condition assessments are subjective; if you have questions about a specific item's condition prior to purchase, please contact us.

6. Intellectual Property; Third-Party Trademarks

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Cache Cards, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise noted.

Cache Cards, LLC is an independent retailer of trading card products. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Pokémon, The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Konami, Topps, Panini, or any other publisher or manufacturer whose products we sell. All trademarks, card images, and brand names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify and describe the Products we sell.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws, to infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights, to transmit any harmful code, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated in a Product listing or required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cache Cards, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of any Product. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cache Cards, LLC harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and applicable U.S. federal law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
